Windows 8 is available as a trial download for anyone for 90 days. After 90 days you will not be able to upgrade it. You will need to buy the new Windows 8 or you will have to install your original Windows which you have now and then upgrade it to Windows 8 for the above given prices.
How To Download Windows 8 :

3. Now you will be asked to sign-in with a Microsoft account. Microsoft account is any account ending with @hotmail, @live, @outlook.
4. After the login you will be asked to fill some information like your First and Last name, Email Address, Country, etc. As soon as you submit the form your download will be started.
