Try to have good content, and not just backlinks.
I strictly don’t recommend IMT website submitter. To have quality back links profile from similar niche is must. Of course, variation of links matters, but for a new blog I think the proportion will not be easy to maintain if one website build 2000 back-links in 1 day. In my case I have seen that, Google only help in SEO if there is backlink from active site which is regularly updated. For proof, check your back-links with Alexa.
1 high 6+ MOZ rank and 70+ DA backlink seriously gives more SEO value than 100 low quality backlinks.
