If you are here, you most likely use WhatsApp, almost every 2 people in 10 do. Some time ago, WhatsApp released a feature with which anyone can share images and videos as there status, which will be shown to friends for 24 hours. Officially, WhatsApp gave no option to download or share Statuses you see. The only way around was to take a screenshot while the status was on your screen, and crop it afterward. This results in a lower quality image and consumes a lot of time. Also, this was possible only with images.
Fast forward to today, and we have released a tiny and simple app, to download and share the status of anyone on WhatsApp.
How to Download and Share WhatsApp Status of Anyone
- Install this app.
- Once installed, open the app. You will be shown how the app works.
- Next, you will be asked to give the permission to access files on your device. Give your consent.

Now all the status updates of your friends will be displayed. Images and videos will be shown separately.

You can download and share the updates from the main screen itself, or click the status update to see it in full-screen mode.

This was the simplest way to download status updates of anyone on WhatsApp.

Sometimes, WhatsApp fails to delete status updates after 24 hours. They are still available on your device. This app shows those status updates as well.
