Getting Started
This is a step by step procedure of getting free and working copy of AVG Antivirus 2018
Step 1
The first step is to uninstall any other anti-virus program, if it is there. AVG will detect other anti-virus program and won’t install in the first place. Navigate to Control Panel and click on ‘Uninstall a program’ under Programs icon.
Step 2
Download 365 days trial of free AVG anti-virus program from the AVG website. Once installed, the program will keep your system safe against any malware.
Step 3
Now the installer will prepare itself for the installation. Wait for a while, till the process is complete.
Step 4
Now the installation components will get downloaded. These are the setup files for the program. You don’t have much to do but wait some more. Things will get done on their own.

A new screen will appear on your computer. Now click on the ‘Install Now‘ tab
